The Haval Raptor Plus maintains the boxy, off-road-inspired design language of the previous Raptor model, with only subtle visual changes. The most noticeable update is a revised white panel beneath the HAVAL logo, adding a slightly more modern touch while preserving the vehicle’s recognizable styling.
Dimension-wise, the Raptor Plus measures 4,912mm in length with a 2,850mm wheelbase, representing a clear increase over its predecessor. This extension enables the introduction of a seven-seat version, offering significantly improved third-row space and making the vehicle more appealing to larger families.
Power comes from a 1.5-liter Hi4 hybrid system producing 115 kW (154 hp), with a top speed of 190 km/h. The focus remains on balancing efficiency with everyday usability rather than outright performance.
Battery options range from 23.7 kWh to 44.7 kWh, allowing for an all-electric driving range between 103 km and 191 km, depending on the variant. This makes the Raptor Plus well-suited for short urban commutes with minimal fuel consumption.
Standard equipment includes a panoramic sunroof, while optional features include LiDAR, side and rear cameras, side steps, and rugged wheel-arch accessories. The availability of LiDAR signals GWM’s growing emphasis on advanced driver assistance technologies.
